Dr. Andrew Mills, DMD, MD
Dr. Mills is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a family history in dentistry spanning over a century. His father, grandfather, and great-grandfather all served as general dentists. He attended the University of Alabama for his undergraduate degree, then UAB School of Dentistry, then Vanderbilt University School of Medicine for his MD, and completed residency in OMS at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
He specializes in extractions, dental implants including zygomatic implants, and orthognathic jaw surgery. Together with Dr. Yazbak, they create a welcoming family-friendly environment.

Dr. Abigail Yazbak, DMD
Dr. Yazbak is a board-certified, Vanderbilt-trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. She graduated from Dartmouth College before completing dental school at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She then completed a 4-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Her path to oral surgery began in college studying pre-medical studies and sociology. She realized the transformative potential of oral surgery to help individuals become the best version of themselves. She believes every patient deserves to be treated like family, and brings that philosophy to every patient interaction. She feels blessed to be able to work alongside her husband, Dr. Mills, to help patients in the greater Nashville and Upper Cumberland areas.
